CHOCOLATE-DIPPED FRUIT

Preparation time:

10 mins (plus 15-30 minutes setting time)

Ingredients:

150g BAR Nickels 70% Dark Couverture Callets

Assorted fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, bananas, apple slices)

Directions:

1. Melt the BAR Nickels Callets in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (double boiler method) or in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
2. Dip the fruit into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
3. Place the dipped fruit onto a parchment-lined tray.
4. Refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
