RECIPE:
BARofChoc Post-its Easiest Mug Cake By – Naina
Ingredients
Maida / plain flour / all purpose flour / refined flour - 6 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 4 tbsp
Powdered sugar / icing sugar - 4 tbsp
Baking powder - ½ tsp
A pinch of salt
oil - 5 tbsp
Full cream milk - 6 tbsp
Vanilla extract - ½ tsp
Method
1. Firstly, take maida, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, baking powder and salt.mix well.
2. Further add oil, milk and vanilla extract.
3. Chop BARofchoc’s Couverture chocolate and add it to your mixture,
4. Mix well and transfer into a mug.
5. Garnish it with some more chocolate. (Because, who’d ever say no to BAR)
6. Mix gently and microwave for 2 mins.
