RECIPE:
BARofChoc Post-its Vegan Chocolate Chunk Cookies By –Diya Gupta
Ingredients
Castor Sugar - 1/4th cup
Brown Sugar - 1/4th cup
A pinch of Salt
Vegan Butter - 1/2 cup
Vegan Milk - ¼ cup
Vanilla Extract - Few drops
Flour - 1 ½ cup
A pinch of -Baking Soda
Method
1. Cream the butter and sugar. Add milk.
2. Mix in the dry ingredients and form a dough
3. Add in the chocolate chunks and shape the cookies
4. Bake at 160 degrees until the edges get golden
5. Cool and serve. Drizzle with chocolate if you like
