RECIPE:

BARofChoc Post-its ‘Brookie’ by Isha Mehta

Preparation time:

25 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients:

Bean2BAR50 - 200g

Butter - 3 tbsp

Brown Sugar - 3 tbsp

Milk - 1.5 tbsp

Flour - 9 tbsp

BAR Cocao Powder (Indonesian Origin) - 3tsp

Baking Powder - 3/4 tsp

Chopped Walnuts (optional)

Directions:

1. Melt the butter and Bean2BAR50.
2. Add brown sugar, cornflour & BAR cocoa powder. Mix well.
3. Add milk and combine.
4. Add flour and baking powder. Do not overmix!
5. Bake at 180°C for 10 mins.
6. Let them cool a bit (if you can wait) and enjoy gooey perfection.
