Our journey begins in the fertile lands of Idukki and Mangalore, where we source exceptional cacao beans. In Idukki, lush green mountains and rich soil give rise to intense, dark flavors. Mangalore, with its vibrant red soil, offers cacao with fruity and nutty undertones. These beans are then brought to our state-of-the-art factory, designed as two inverted Js, where tradition meets innovation. It is a hub of precision and passion, where we transform beans into luxurious chocolate bars. Every stage, from fermentation to tempering, is handled with meticulous care to preserve the unique essence of Indian cacao.
