This dark chocolate bar is fermented using Maka Di’s Honey Ale Beer, allowing the natural microbial process of cacao fermentation to interact with the subtle honey and malt-like character of the craft ale. The result is a layered chocolate experience where fermentation adds depth without overpowering the natural flavour of the cacao.
